Consignment Fees for New Agreements

90-Day Term & Agreed Renewals

The initial consignment term is 90 calendar days from the date received. Each unsold firearm may renew for another 90 calendar days only when both Ikkin Arms and the consignor agree and the $15 per-firearm renewal fee is paid. Renewals do not happen automatically; the renewal fee is not credited toward any later sale.

We track the term dates and contact the consignor about an unsold firearm. No storage fee accrues during an active, agreed term. When consignment ends, the 14-day pickup/disposition period in the signed agreement applies.

Transfer to Another FFL

If the owner ends an unsold consignment and directs release to another FFL, the fee is $50 for the first firearm plus $20 for each additional firearm in the same dealer pickup. This schedule also applies if the owner independently sells the firearms directly to that FFL, as explained below. Actual agreed shipping and insurance are additional. An early-withdrawal fee applies if the owner ends the consignment during the initial 90 days. Release requires lawful documentation and payment of applicable fees.

Sale Arranged by the Owner

Tell us before agreeing to release a firearm that is still on consignment. If you independently find an FFL buyer, negotiate the sale, and receive payment directly, Ikkin Arms does not charge its in-store or online sales commission. For release to that dealer, the dealer transfer-out fee is $50 for the first firearm plus $20 for each additional firearm in the same pickup. Intake, collection-trip and agreed renewal fees already due remain payable. Actual agreed third-party shipping or insurance charges are additional.

If the buyer was introduced by Ikkin Arms through our listing, advertisement, showing or direct referral during an active consignment, the selected commission applies to the documented sale price even if the owner completes payment directly. The $25 intake payment for each sold firearm is credited toward its commission. The dealer transfer-out fee is not also charged on that same sale. The owner will promptly disclose the buyer and actual sale price. No commission is charged merely because a firearm leaves for an independently arranged dealer purchase.

Return to the Consignor

A consigned firearm returned directly to the consignor is subject to the legally required return process. Return-processing fees — PER FIREARM:

Rifle: $39 per firearm   |   Shotgun: $39 per firearm   |   Handgun: $49 per firearm   |   Multiple-handgun return: $59 per firearm

When multiple handguns are returned in the same transaction, the $59 rate applies to each handgun because of the additional multiple-handgun reporting and processing required.

Online Listing & Preparation Fee — When Applicable

This fee applies only when the consignor selected the online consignment/listing option, Ikkin Arms completed the online-listing preparation, the firearm did not sell, and the consignor elects to have the firearm returned. In that situation, a $40 per-firearm Online Listing & Preparation Fee applies for the photography, photo editing, firearm research, written description and auction/listing preparation already completed by Ikkin Arms. If the customer picks up the unsold firearm after completing the initial 90-day term, the $25 intake payment already collected for that firearm is credited toward this $40 preparation fee, leaving $15 due for preparation at pickup. The intake credit is applied only once. If the customer withdraws before the initial 90 days end, the $40 preparation fee is due without this credit. The preparation fee is separate from the applicable return-transfer/background-check fee and any third-party marketplace charges actually incurred.

A firearm will not be released unless all applicable legal requirements are satisfied and applicable fees are paid.
