Legal Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether an item is legal to purchase, possess, receive or transfer in the customer’s state and locality. Firearms, magazines and other regulated products may be restricted.

If you are unsure whether an item can be transferred to you, contact your receiving Federal Firearms Licensee before ordering.

Purchasing Firearms

Firearms are shipped only to appropriately licensed Federal Firearms Licensees when required by law. Ikkin Arms must receive the receiving dealer’s license information before shipment.

• Ikkin Arms may deny or cancel a purchase when necessary.
• All products purchased from Ikkin Arms are intended for lawful use.
• Straw purchases are prohibited.
• Customers must satisfy all federal, state and local eligibility requirements applicable to the transaction.
• Inspect a firearm before completing transfer paperwork. If there is a problem, contact Ikkin Arms before accepting the transfer.
• Magazine or product restrictions may require restricted components to be removed from an order where legally necessary.

Firearm Transfers

Transfer requirements and pricing can change. Please use the current Firearm Transfers pages on this website or call Ikkin Arms at 585-328-0250 before having a firearm shipped to us.

Customers are responsible for coordinating with their selected receiving dealer and for any fees charged by that dealer.

Shipping

Firearms are shipped only to eligible receiving licensees as required by law. Other merchandise is shipped according to the order and applicable carrier requirements.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
• Ikkin Arms may cancel an order when fraud, prohibited destinations or other legal concerns are identified.
• Orders should be inspected promptly after delivery. Missing or damaged merchandise should be reported as soon as possible.
• Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is refused, returned or requires reshipment.

Payment, Sales Tax & Pricing

Ikkin Arms accepts the payment methods displayed or otherwise approved at the time of purchase. Applicable sales tax is collected as required by law.

Prices, availability and product information may change without notice. Ikkin Arms may correct typographical, pricing or website errors and may cancel or refund an affected order.

Used & Surplus Products

Unless otherwise stated, used and surplus firearms and products are sold as-is. Ikkin Arms recommends that used or surplus firearms be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.

New Products & Manufacturer Warranty

New firearms and products are generally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service, repair or replacement may need to be arranged directly with the manufacturer.

Cancellations

Contact Ikkin Arms as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be treated as pre-shipment cancellations. Applicable processing, shipping or cancellation charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition and whether a firearm transfer has been completed. Do not accept or complete the transfer of a firearm if you are not satisfied with its condition.

Before returning merchandise, contact Ikkin Arms for return instructions. Shipping, restocking, processing or return-shipping charges may apply where appropriate.

Product Images

Product photographs are representative unless specifically stated otherwise. Manufacturers may make changes to colors, markings, packaging or other product details.

Chargebacks

If there is a billing or order problem, contact Ikkin Arms first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Privacy & Security

Ikkin Arms values customer privacy and does not intentionally sell or distribute customer information to third parties except as needed to process transactions, comply with law or provide requested services.
